Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) | Christian Counsellor
Compassionate, Evidence-Informed Counselling for Individuals, Couples & Families

Life can bring anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and significant transitions that can leave you feeling uncertain about how to move forward. As a Christian Counsellor, I provide a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, gain greater understanding, and work toward meaningful change.I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have practical clinical experience supporting individuals through a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My counselling practice is person-centred, collaborative, and evidence-informed, recognizing that every individual brings a unique story, values, strengths, experiences, and goals to the counselling process.I support clients experiencing:
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Depression and emotional overwhelm
• Grief and loss
• Relationship and interpersonal concerns
• Low self-esteem and confidence
• Emotional regulation and coping difficulties
• Compulsive or problematic pornography use
• Burnout and life stress
• Life transitions and personal growth
• Spiritual and faith-related struggles
• Questions of hope, purpose, and meaning
I draw from several evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Logotherapy.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate these perspectives thoughtfully based on your needs, goals, values, and circumstances. Our work together is intended to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, navigate challenges, and move toward a life that is more aligned with what matters most to you.Christian faith is an important part of my professional identity and shapes the way I approach counselling—with compassion, grace, humility, hope, dignity, and respect. For clients who desire spiritually informed care, I can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and spirituality into counselling. This may include exploring faith and values, meaning and purpose, prayer, Scripture, forgiveness, hope, and other spiritual resources that are meaningful to you.Faith is never imposed. I respect each person's beliefs, questions, values, and personal journey, and I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

A Space Created With You in Mind

I believe that meaningful counselling begins with a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, authenticity, and respect. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, identify your strengths, and consider the possibilities for moving forward.“Healing doesn't require having all the answers—it begins with having a safe place to ask honest questions.”Whether you are seeking support through a difficult season, processing past experiences, navigating relationships, searching for direction, or seeking greater emotional and spiritual well-being, you are welcome here. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
